  • Above average numerical aptitude, above average computer skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for transactional accounting
  • Prepare accounts payable vouchers and all checks for various company suppliers.
  • Handle petty cash fund including replenishment
  • Prepare monthly billing for all clients, projects/events
  • Control and monitor trade accounts receivables and coordinate with clients for the collection of said receivables within reasonable period
  • Prepare payroll for employees/doctors and nurses.
  • Prepare related reports for accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll that may be required by the supervisor.
  • Other work-related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor or top management

HR and Admin Assistant Code EA232

Qualifications

  • Female, 25-35 years old
  • College Graduate, preferably, B. S. Business Administration or B. S. Accountancy course
  • With two to three years work experience in HR work such as checking and summarizing of employees attendance, payroll computation/processing and administrative work/general services
  • Knowledgeable in computation and remittance of SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig contributions
  • Good in multi-tasking work

Required Skills

  • Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English
  • Excellent records management skills in maintenance of 201 files, safekeeping of contracts, job descriptions, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and can work well under pressure.

Purchasing and Admin Assistant Code EA233

Qualifications

  • Female, 25-35 years old
  • College Graduate, preferably, B. S. Business Administration course
  • With two to three years work experience in purchasing and facility management / admin support
  • Good in multi-tasking work

  • Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and can work well under pressure.
